A leading automotive audio equipment provider partnered with FPT to develop a smart, voice-enabled in-car device similar to Echo Auto. The client faced challenges integrating high-fidelity audio, voice assistant functionality, and Bluetooth connectivity within a compact, battery-powered solution. FPT, through our US-based subsidiary Cardinal Peak, delivered a full-stack hardware and software solution featuring dual Qualcomm Bluetooth chips and an ADI DSP for advanced audio processing. The result was a CES-ready prototype that enabled seamless hands-free calling, media control, and voice assistant interaction—enhancing user experience and setting a new benchmark in aftermarket automotive audio.
