KDDI has been leveraging FPT's offshore resources in Vietnam for development projects since 2014. In 2018, they also began nearshore operations at their Okinawa site. Currently, they have around 10 teams working together on offshore and nearshore projects, employing agile development to build various systems. We spoke with Mr. Hironobu Tahara, Deputy General Manager of the Development Strategy Division at KDDI Agile Development Center Corporation, and the reasons for choosing FPT as a partner.
